Contact us
Have a question about howtovideos.ai, need help with a tutorial, or want to talk about using it across your team or your clients? Email us and a person, not a bot, will reply.
support@howtovideos.ai handles everything: product help, billing, sales, agency and partner questions, privacy requests and security reports. Put a few words about what you need in the subject line so it reaches the right person quickly. If you're writing about a specific tutorial, include its share link or title.
Help with the product
Most answers are already in the help center, with a short video and written steps for each task: making your first video, recording in the browser or from a URL, installing the desktop recorder, editing the script, adding your brand, sharing and embedding, and publishing a help center. Signed in? Ask Mr. Ken Doo in the bottom-right corner of any page. He can answer questions and make changes to a tutorial for you.
Sales, teams and agencies
Making videos for a software product, a support team or a set of clients? Tell us how many videos you make a month and who watches them, and we'll help you pick the right setup. You can also see how we compare with Guidde, Supademo, Scribe and Storylane on the compare page, or read about software teams and agencies.
Commercials and explainers
For done-for-you commercials and explainer videos, start from the commercials page or email us with a short brief.
